Details:
Pattern is worked in garter stitch, so knit every row. To make a nice, finished edge, slip the
first stitch purlwise, with the yarn in front, move yarn to back, and knit the last stitch. Since
the short rows are done in garter stitch, it is not necessary to pick up the wraps at the end of
each section, just knit all stitches on the needle. Capelet can be adjusted easily by
adding/removing pattern repeats.
